Bro's Tour Caddy Experience has taken my game to a new level. I finally shot under 90 for the first time, with two rounds of 88 within the last week and I did this without using my riskiest club – the driver! I now play with a fresh perspective and by thinking my way round the course I am achieving what I always wanted – more consistency and better scores. Highly recommended
Attended event at Newark golf Club Wednesday 23rd Nov 16
This was a superb golfing experience. Highly Recommended. Read about the experience in more detail via this feature on Golfshake.com
I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN AS I LEARNT SO MUCH.
Give it a go. Great fun!
I would just like to say as a playing professional it was great to see what a caddy can really do for your game! I had a great day yesterday with Steve and can really see how he can save you shots at all levels! Would highly recommend it.
Having been a single figure handicap player for a few years, but always making poor decisions which cost me I decided to see what a caddy experience could do for my game in the long term. My eyes have been opened up to how stress free I can make my rounds of golf by thinking smarter. I'm looking forward to seeing my scores improve in the future.
An absolute brilliant few hours for any level of golfer. Bro's knowledge and experience was evident from the start. The information i came away with was priceless and will be used forever. Very professional and well thought out, even down to the review booklet and your plan for the future.
I will definitely be back for more.
Had a great experience with Steve. Lots of great tips and advice. It's vastly improved my game with better course management and strong pre shoot routine. Would highly recommend ok if u want improve your game.
Had a really great morning with caddy Martin he came over to my home club to look at a few things I thought I could improve on. He really helped with working out playing distances and yardages which I struggle with. Also went spent some time on the putting green doing some green reading. All in all had a great time and learnt a lot would definitely recommend to anyone that is serious about there golf
Iv only played golf for two years but the array of information I received over 2 hours on a Friday afternoon from Steve could have saved me endless shots over the last few years. It's the fine details Steve goes into ensuring you understand his way of thinking and the reason why, which really impressed me. Two weeks later I went on to shoot an 84 and 86, which is something, I had never achieved before. He's imprinted some solid fundamentals in my way of thinking around a golf course. This experience is a must for anyone who is serious about improving his or her handicap.
I had my caddie experience 8 weeks ago and the difference it has made to my game in that short space of time has been phenomenal!! I had so many rounds of golf where I was swinging great but not scoring well at all (frustrating is an understatement) after one hole with Steve I was thinking about the game differently club selection aim points yardages and that's just the tee shot. We paid lots of attention to pitching and chipping. We see the lads on TV throwing a 60 wedge 80 feet in the air and stopping it on a penny and we think we can do it (we can’t!). Steve got me around 9 holes with the same ball and played 1 under my handicap it was by far the simple and controlled golf! I'll be back again
The Tour Caddy Experience was a great help to way I think on the golf course. Also it helped me simplify the game more, making me feel relaxed on the course. I had a fantastic day and I would definitely recommend it to any golfer, whether established or just beginning. Thanks again Steve and speak soon.
Regardless of your level of expertise, I would recommend using the Tour Caddy Experience.
I'm a useless golfer, and Steve Brotherhood sent me away with a detailed plan for how to improve, and a sense of determination to do so.
I was also offered a really interesting insight into the reality of being a caddy on tour.

Not enough space to write about this experience. So I'll sum it up in one
What a day, not only was Steve very engaging right from meeting us he continued that for the entire experience. What a thouroughly professional set up, honest and constructive practical advice that I can't wait to put into action on the course.
Rick and I both agreed that it was the best golfing experience we have ever had. Listening to Steve's stories and about life on tour through the round was enlightening and honest.
So enjoyable, the only disappointment was that it ended, that said, we are definitely going to book again in the future.
To anyone thinking of doing it, in my opinion you will have a superb time
Thanks Bro, great, great day
Wasn't sure what to expect from this day. It was a birthday present. All I can say is, if you enjoy golf, want to learn how to think your way around a course and get some great insight to the life of a caddie on tour, this is not going to disappoint.
Started the day practice putting, that's a first for me. Then off to the range to warm up. Already this is all new useful tips. Who would have thought warming up would help😀
Then off to the first. Steve, Bro, taught me things about getting around a course without getting into danger. Awesome tips on lining up, club selection and target areas. Always think about the best miss. That's my mantra now.
You will learn how far you hit the ball. I was sure I could hit a 5 iron 190. How wrong was I.
Steve brought the day to life effortlessly. Professional, respected my bad swing and great anecdotes.
If you want a great day out on a golf course with a professional caddie who knows his stuff, This is the day for you.
It WILL improve your game and open your eyes. Can't wait to do this again.
Brilliant day, thanks Steve (Bro)
I would like to thank Steve for the excellent and professional experience I received from start to finish.
The pre questions obviously helped him get a understanding of my game and what I was looking to achieve and he turned up well prepared giving me that personal touch to the experience.
The on course experience was priceless and I took so much away from just 9 holes that I instantly felt confident that my scores were going to tumble due to the helpful insight Steve was able to offer.
The post experience report I received in the post a few days later was fantastic. Not only did it cover everything we talked about on the course during the experience but it also linked back to my goals and targets for the year. I have come away with 3 or 4 key takeaways and things I am going to work on religiously over the coming weeks/months in order to achieve my goals.
I couldn't recommend this experience enough to anyone who is looking for improve their golf and reduce their handicap!
From first arriving at Newark Golf Club the experience totally exceeded even the most rave reviews so far. Steve met me on the putting green where we had a chat and talked about pre-round basic checks. He had a really cool laser gadget from Visio putting to help me check my alignment etc and feel good before heading the range. Hit a few balls to warm up before heading to the 10th tee to get on the course and see what the fuss is all about. From start to finish, the stress free element to the round was evident and the ability to select shots and clubs to keep away from danger was very impressive. Ways to play short holes and par 3's that I certainly wouldn't have considered before. Steve noticed very early that I struggled to set up square at address and gave me a really simple way to do it. After the round Steve was kind enough to share a drink and a chat before departing. The next day in the post, I received my pack which contained all that was covered, highlighting the key points.
As the title says, for all levels of golfer stop thinking about it and just book. Different class. Thank you Steve!
Having been thinking about booking the experience after seeing it all posted through social media, I couldn't ignore the opportunity any longer after seeing all the positive feedback sent in about the experience. A friend of mine had attended the week before and he couldn't stop talking about how good the day was.
I ventured up to Newark Golf Club to see Steve and from start to finish the man was world class. Steve has a wealth of experience and is so personable to go with it, really enjoyable to spend a few hours in his company learning so much, not only about my game but life on tour and his experiences with the greats such as the late Seve. From the very first tee shot, he challenged my way of thinking and provided simple ways to manage your way around the course. The key being he made the game simpler, which we are all in need of. Having filled in the form before going, he was aware I felt my shortgame was not up to the standard I would like and he really helped with that and instilled a confidence in shots from under 120 that I never have had. Had time for a drink and a chat afterwards about some wonderful stories that I won't share with you because you simply HAVE to book and go experience it for yourself.
Simple and effective. Received my summary pack in the post the next day which was really cool and now to set about working on what was in the report. Will 100% be going back to visit the man again.
Whatever standard of golf you play, this experience will help. Cheers Steve, awesome.
Steve, thank you for a fantastic day today.
I've come away not only with a new way of approaching course strategy, but with a couple of new shots to work on too!
Already feeling confident I'll reach my golfing target for the year thanks to your advice.
I'll be recommending the experience to anyone serious about improving their scores whatever their level.
Hope to do it again in the future.
A great experience with Adam Marrow. He was well prepared for the 9 holes experience. Adam showed up early to watch us practice. By the time we played, he was already dialled into both our games (club yardage etc.). Adam gave us pertinent and usable information about both our individual games Selectively during and in summary after 9 holes. Most importantly, Adam didn't overload us with tips. We both game away with one or two accurate tips that we both feel will help us achieve lower handicaps. Adam was also good fun to have around. We are planning on a annual 6 or 12 month review with Adam.
Myself & member at Lindrick had TCE with Steve on
Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon - analysis, banter etc.
I now approach my ( club competition golf) round
in a different way , and analyse on course shot choices accordingly.
If you wish to sharpen your focus regarding your on course golf game in a constructive & fun manner- Steve's your man!
HAD A FANTASTIC DAY WITH STEVE.
LOTS OF TIPS & ADVICE HAVE HELPED MY GAME TREMENDOUSLY (& SLOWED ME DOWN!)
MOST IMPROVEMENT HAS BEEN IN MY PUTTING.
IT WAS A GREAT DAY...WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MORE!!
On Sunday Adam was finishing in the top four at Augusta with Thomas Pieters ... on Wednesday he was on my bag. Surreal! I had a fantastic day with Adam picking up some great tips that I hope will help take my game to the next level. Would highly recommend to all keen golfers.
We arranged for Jason to join three of us for 18 holes. The aim was for us to learn more about course management, get an independent assessment of our game and to hear a few anecdotes about life inside the ropes.
What we got was so much more!
Golf tips, club selection, shot advice as well as insights from two winning Ryder Cups, and 20 years on the top tier of world golf.
Jason was informative and knowledgable. I learnt more about the golf course from 4 hours than I have in 10 years of playing the game.
What I have heard from almost every golfer I've played with is that they wish the game was easier. Our experience with Jason has demonstrated how it can be achieved.
Wish I had done this years ago - what an impact
4 shots under my handicap on a tight golf course is the immediate impact of Steve's guidance. And I wasn't even swinging well. With his plan in place, I am confident now that I can do a lot better.
Steve has opened my eyes up to so much in such a short session: I wasn't aimed properly; my putting direction could be improved easily; my short game missed some tricks.
Steve is a great bloke who goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and who can change so much about your game so quickly. I urge anyone who loves golf to give this a go.
This was purchased for me as a gift and I was delighted when I received it and keen to get it booked in asap before our annual golf weekend.
I emailed Steve and he was great to deal with. The whole experience of finding a caddie and booking my day was first class.
Julian was superb on the day and great company for the 5 hours or so that we were out on the course. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed. His advice made sense and unlike normal lessons it wasn't about changing my game but more about thinking differently about the game and how you prepare. Great to hear his stories about life on the tour with legends such as Seve too! I genuinly think this will make a differnce as long as I put the advice into practice and would recommend the experience wholeheartedly. It's also a great gift for any golf mad friends of family.
Thanks again Julian and Steve!
Like most amateur golfers I'm constantly looking for that magic ingredient to lower my scores and ultimately get more enjoyment out of my game. Having tried everything else I realised course management was the one thing I had paid the most lip service to.
This is the reason I booked a tour caddy experience, and I wasn't disappointed. I played Broome Manor in what can only be described as challenging weather although due to the rain I experienced millionaires golf. I had the course to myself and my caddy for the day Jason Hempleman.
Jason showed me how to simplify my strategy, and I made a good number of pars, most notably on two of the hardest holes on the course. I also noticed that when I had a bad shot, and as a 13 handicapper I had a couple, I didn't dwell on it as we were constantly talking. I moved on to the next shot and more often than not salvaged something from the hole.
My take away from that day is to keep it simple, club up and wherever possible leave your bad shots behind.
My goal like everyone is to get my handicap as low as I can, and I have no doubt that this experience would go some way to helping me achieve that aim.
I highly recommend the tour caddy experience to anyone who like me genuinely loves the game.
I would highly recommend this experience to anybody who enjoys their golf and who wants to improve their overall game and scores. Julian was fantastic company and we spent a solid 5 hours going through various ideas to improve my play on the course and more importantly my thought process and approach to each shot. It was a real insight into the mind set of a pro golfer and a massively positive influence on how I now think about my game.
Julian worked out my yardages for each club which has been a huge revelation as I was about 10 to 15 yards short on my longer irons and woods.
After taking up the game less than 2 years ago my HC has finally started to move in the right direction and I know that this experience will hep me reach my goals of a much lower HC.
A great experience that is both fun and improves your game.
Excelent day at my club with Richard Logue. Lots of good tips which has made me change the way I think around the course: I am now making smarter decisions and starting to see improvements in my game. He also gave me a lot more confidence on reading putts which I previously struggled with. I would have been very happy to have stayed on the course after our 18 holes to enjoy it even more.
The report arrived a few days later and captured my game very well: it has helped me focus on the important points from the many raised on the day. Highly recommended
I bought the experience for my wife who is new to golf, a 35 handicapper and is struggling with her course management.
I cannot stress how much she enjoyed the 18 holes with Jamie and she learnt so many top tips on how to nip a shot here and there, all important to get that handicap down.
Aside from thanking Jamie and Bro for putting me in touch with Jamie , the bottom line speaks for itself, my wife broke 100 for the first time ever, scored 41 points and came home delighted and full of praise for Jamie.
I gather he will send a written summary which she looks forward to reading but I will also be in touch later in the summer and would also like to use the experience to nip a few shots off my handicap.
Overall, Jamie was brilliant as a person and tutor and I have a delighted wife.
I had a full 18-hole experience bought as a birthday present and was due to play on my birthday but it had to be postponed as Brendan’s pro got a late invite to America! Anyway it worked out as it rained all day and when we sorted out a new date the weather was great if not a little windy. This in itself was a great help as I never knew how to account for the wind properly and now I do.
Brendan is easy to talk to and puts his advice across in a manner you can understand and remember. He doesn’t overload you with advice and concentrates on the areas that will make the biggest difference to your game in the short term and makes suggestions on other areas to look at in the future via instructional videos or by professional instruction.
I really enjoyed my 5 hours with him and came away feeling I had the tools to play better and smarter around my course and reduce my hcp in the near future. The after action report reflected everything that we discussed on the day and will help me reinforce the advice I was given. If you really want to develop your course management then this is the way to do it. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about reducing their hcp.
I recently attended a day with bro. I admit I wasn't sure what I would get from the day but very quickly I realised another level to the game existed!
I found that from the driving range to the practice putting green I was learning much more than I'd expected and discovered just how far offline I was aiming my putts - no wonder they weren't dropping!
Bro proved to me that course management and tactical play with hazards a plenty at Newark GC was the way forward and I quickly was putting for a 4 on the opening par 4 400 yarder having not even reached for the driver!
The rest of the round was exploring options and Q&A so useful as I have a mind that insists on getting in the way of my progression. Bro quickly reframed my thinking with sound advice, which I'm already putting into practice to my own amazement!
A great day one which I highly recommend and one that I'm looking forward to repeating once I've bedded-in the new game and further improving my game!
Less stress > more fun!
As I enjoyed my first TCE in March so much and took a great deal from the experience to help my game it was too good an opportunity to miss to return when another friend wanted to go. I’m so glad I did it again. Steve was able to help me focus further on the parts of my game which cost me lost shots in particular my approach to the green. His expertise and knowledge are superb. His guidance definitely has logic and since my first visit have played more consistently and had my best career round score.
It’s great to get a real insight to the professional side of the game, and hear some of the stories about life on tour.
This is a great experience for all levels of golfer and I am proof that by applying the guidance from Steve it has improved my game, made me more consistent and helped me enjoy playing golf so much more. A terrific day out, Steve is friendly, gives honest constructive feedback and puts you at ease. This is an all-round superb experience
This is a must for any golfer wanting to improve their game.
I learnt so much and I am looking to put this learning into good use on the course to be more consistent and to try and bring my handicap down
Hi Bro. Just has the most brilliant day with Mick at Farnham Golf Club. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We started at the driving range where Mick gave me some great practice tips arose the bag and then onto the putting green wher Mick gave me some great drill around pace putting.
Then onto the course and I was relieved to flush the 3 wood off the tee down the middle of the 1st fairway.
Mick was the consummate professional and I didn’t feel at any moment that Mick wasn’t giving me the full ‘tour’ experience. From yardage’s and wind direction to some great tips to improve my suspect chipping. After every shot my clubs were cleaned and the ball was cleaned on every green. I’m sure at the monthly medal on Sunday I will lift my ball on the green and then embarrass myself by tossing it to a caddy who clearly wont be there.
Mick told some me great stories about his 30+ years on the tour and he clearly loves the game and the role he plays in helping his pro to the successes he has seen on the tours.
I would thoroughly recommend Mick and the Tour Caddy Experience.
Thanks for an excellent day which I shall remember for a very long time.
